Patient Education
Unlike many of our peers, we work with our partners to provide patient education materials tailored to each practice and designed to enhance the individual doctor-patient relationship rather than replace it. The reason for that is that experience has taught us that in the current marketplace, there’s no conflict of interest between patient satisfaction and good business. When innovation meets common sense, everybody’s happy.
To that end, we avoid the use of generic content libraries or stock materials, and instead, we work creatively with a select team of professional designers, writers, and partners in medicine to produce patient education programs and materials specific to each client’s resources and needs. The goal is to create a patient education experience that will build trust between the individual patient and physician, augment patient satisfaction, brand the practice at a lower cost, and give it an edge over its competitors that will pay off in the long term.
